About Me
About Me
I graduated from the University of California, Berkeley where I studied Cognitive Science and Design
Innovation. My love for the arts started in childhood, where as a kid I would spend hours crafting my
own toys from legos, felt, and spare buttons. Today, I enjoy baking cookies every week for anyone who
will eat them, embarking on the occasional crochet project, and trying my hand at photography.
Although I declared in preschool that I wanted to be a mermaid when I grew up, I later set my sights and
dreams on a less scaly (but just as magical) career as a User Experience Designer. Before discovering
this field, I thought it wouldn’t be possible to find a job where I could apply my artistic abilities and
continuously refine my visual eye. I love that UX Design combines these aspects with the fascinating
world of cognitive processes and human behavior.
In my design work I prioritize empathizing with users and focusing on user insights to create
human-centered designs. I believe that crafting simple and intuitive solutions that are able to aid others
in their digital journeys is the most amazing thing about UX Design.
